Hi, I'm Jessica Echeverri

I built my first private practice in 2008 with no roadmap and no one showing me how to turn my clinical training into a business. I learned by doing, and over time, I built and scaled three mental health practices to multi-million-dollar revenue.

Getting there meant learning how to stop building a business that depended on me. I went from working 70-hour weeks to stepping out of service delivery entirely by building the systems, structure, team, and leadership that allowed my practices to run without my constant presence.

Today, I'm a psychotherapist, MSW, PhD(c), Clinical CEO, business coach for therapists, and serial entrepreneur. I've worked with therapists at every stage, from new grads building their first private practice to established owners leading full teams and preparing to step into the CEO role.

That's why I created The Clinical CEO Academy. It's where I give therapists the business roadmap I didn't have when I started, so they can build practices that are ethical, profitable, sustainable, and designed to support where they want to go next.
