I bring twenty years of structural thinking from inside a consulting business built around exactly this work. Sessions are booked individually and used as needed, providing sustained advisory without the weight of a long-term program.

Each session is structured. The cadence is yours to set.

SESSION

60 — 90 minutes

Live, focused advisory for clinicians working through real decisions. We frame the question accurately, work it through with structure, and move toward a decision that can be acted on within the practice.

CADENCE

Booked as required

Sessions are used as needed, weekly, monthly, or as decisions arise. There is no enrollment or fixed structure, only ongoing access aligned with the pace and demands of your practice.

Between

Written summary

Each session closes with a written summary of the decision and direction. The work compounds over time, with each session building on the structural clarity developed in the previous one.

Each phase includes structured material, working frameworks, and the operational tools required for the work. The pace is designed to fit a working clinical practice, not to add another job on top of one.

Booking is direct. Select an available time, submit the brief intake, and the first session is confirmed. I review every intake personally before we meet, so the session begins with the work, not introductions.

If after reading your intake the engagement is not the right fit, I will tell you, and you will not be charged. The goal is for the work to be useful.
